You are responsible for

Customer sales lead management

Support sales team on:

  • Commercial Policy & discount price approvals
  • Service/Call Centre management & Patient management:
  • 5 call center agents for SG, PH, TH, MY, ID and with 288 calls related to UO per week & over 15 per week that are escalated & managed through personal call, email, distributor
  • Coordinating with distributors (Across region) \xe2\x80\x93 prioritizing the users based on clinical needs
  • Prioritizing and Escalation of users \xe2\x80\x93 Weekly escalation
OSCAR Creation:

Creating vendor accounts and keeping track of the invoices for all distributors

Coordinating with distributor on invoicing \xe2\x80\x93 invoice errors/ delayed invoices/

Coordinating approvals from the local finance team
  • Managing the sales contracts - Renewal
  • Conference participation activities
  • Other admin and marketing support:
  • Icon Management
  • Trackers management
  • Stocks management
  • Dispatches
  • Admin work \xe2\x80\x93 Documentation etc.
To succeed in this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
