Madam Flod started as a Creperie boat in Stockholm, Sweden, and expanded in Singapore, near Boat Quay, at the beginning of 2025. We are Passionate about authentic French cuisine, sometimes with a little Scandinavian twist, delivering top quality food and warm, friendly service - that's what we strive for. We are looking for chefs who enjoy challenges and are open to learn something new. In this full-time position, you'll work as a Galette and Crepe Master! French cuisine opens a new world in front of you!
Job role:
Preparing and finishing high-quality French food
Managing kitchen operations
Participating in the planning of the new menu and weekly dishes
Following hygiene standards
Working together with the front-of-house team to deliver a real experience
