Chef Mirko Febbrile (@iammirkofebbrile) joins us in bringing a breath of fresh air to the east - a brand new, casual Italian restaurant concept along East Coast Park.

We are looking for a dynamic & creative individual to fill the role of Baker for our new Italian concept set to open in Q2 of 2023. Pertaining to high standards of personal hygiene and food preparation within the kitchen, we look forward to fill this position with a talented persona with an appetite to learn, along with an immense passion in creating remarkable flavours.

You\'ll be in charge of:

• Setting up and stocking up stations with all necessary supplies for baking/pizza station
• Support and guide rest of team members
• Preparing food for service (mise-en-place)
• Preparing and plating for pizza station menu items
• Cleaning up station and taking care of leftover food
• Handling stock inventory appropriately

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience with handling dough
• Experience in pastry production or service within a formal dining restaurant will be prioritised
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• Organizing and leadership skills
• Knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
