Hiring: 1) Chef de Partie/Pithand (Responsible for smoking meats) - 40h/week 2 x Half day (2pm-7pm) Wednesday and Sunday 3 x Full day (2pm-12am) Thursday-Saturday - Good control of open fire, no experience needed -Basic Food Hygiene Cert Level 1 Needed
