+ Day to day kitchen operations + Sauteing, frying, and grilling + Making pizza dough from scratch + Make sauces and hot/cold dishes + Maintaining the kitchen housekeeping + Food hygiene and kitchen safety + Mise en place and mise en scene + Ensuring food quality and standards
