Job Description

Manage the assigned station/section, produce a consistent, high quality product, ensure an efficient service consistent align with Company Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.Main Duties:

  • Support and follow direction of Head Chef/Supervisor to perform the role with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Offer consistent friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.
  • Prepare daily mise-en-place.
  • Prepare meals / food items accurately as directed and according to recipe, menu specification and expected standard.
  • Ensure that day-to-day kitchen activities are performed with efficiency
  • Adhere to all standards for food hygiene, presentation, production and portioning.
  • Maintain standard cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
  • Minimise food wastage.
  • Ensure sufficient stocks in storage and inform superior for replenishment.
Requirements:
  • Min 2 years kitchen experience preferably in Japanese cuisine.
  • Ability to multi-task and display positive attitude at work
  • A Good Team Player
  • Local preferred
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,800.00 - $3,100.00 per monthBenefits:
