Job Description


  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes accordingly to the recipe card
  • Helping Sous Chef or Head Chef with daily tasks Ensuring all have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safe
  • Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
  • Ensure that the production and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
  • Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of cooking, and presentation
  • Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available
  • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff Help and maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
  • Carry out any other duties as required by management
