- Working location: Buona Vista
- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 10.30am to 10.30pm
- Daily operations of the kitchen including production, preparation & presentation
- Ensure all preparations are of highest quality at all times in terms if taste and plating
- Maximizing the overall food & beverage department profit
- Quality levels of production including cleanliness, sanitation & hygiene
- Possess N level or any professional culinary skill certification
- At least 1 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Good to have experience in Mexican cuisine
