Laboratory (ICP-MS, VPD, and LPD)
\xe2\x97\x8f Implementation of chemical and /or physical testing techniques and standard operating procedures.
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for new instrument installation, new method development and validation of methods.
\xe2\x97\x8f Plans testing capacities according to internal and external requirements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct investigation and report any deviations of Laboratories measurements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Draws up quarterly, monthly, and specialized reports according to working documents for the analytic chemistry and/or measuring methods.
\xe2\x97\x8f Supports problem solving in production lines by recommending appropriate internal & external laboratory techniques.
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinates correlation and round robin projects in all sites for the analytics and/or measuring methods.
\xe2\x97\x8f Train/mentor Manufacturing Assistant, Technicians Engineers through OJT and continually upgrade their technical skills to support laboratory efficiency.Global Contamination Management
\xe2\x97\x8f Governs and sustains overall cleanroom environment control to ensure products are processed under intended cleanliness level.
\xe2\x97\x8f Drive shop-floor cleanroom compliance and discipline on cleanroom engineering.

\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze trend, propose areas of quality improvement; Coordinate evaluation and implementation with relevant parties; Make judgment on effectiveness of activities
\xe2\x97\x8f Proposed enhancements to safety measures and procedures; Conduct audits to ensure proper housekeeping and compliance of safety regulations; Instill discipline in work practices and habits.Requirements & qualifications:Requirements:\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in chemical engineering, Material Engineering, Applied Science or Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Physics)
\xe2\x97\x8f At least 2 years laboratory/GCM experience in semiconductor or other manufacturing industries.
\xe2\x97\x8f Sound knowledge of analytical methods preferably in trace metals analysis
\xe2\x97\x8f Sound knowledge of Contamination control in APC & AMC Analysis
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge in good laboratory practices, cleanroom control, others Metrology experience (SEM, SIRD, Deflectometry), and analysis tools (Klarity Defects & JMP) will be an added advantage.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent understanding of operations within the company and skilled in supplier management
\xe2\x97\x8f A critical thinker team player who loves challenges, skilled in data analysis, thrive on complex issues, multitasker and possess passion for learning.
\xe2\x97\x8f Driven in root cause analysis techniques to lead and troubleshoot complex problems and provide root-cause fixes to improve tool/process improvement in a semiconductor manufacturing context.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of semiconductor Inspection/Metrology equipment and understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), MSA, process control and its reaction mechanism
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to facilitate meetings and achieve cross area engagement /empower a group of people toward a common goal / work and lead team projects.
\xe2\x97\x8f Good documentation skills with strong attention to details
\xe2\x97\x8f Validated strong analytical and data summary skills.
