Job Description

Position Overview: Reporting to the Regional CFO and Regional Deputy CFO, this role will be an integral part of the Finance Management Team and partner with the Business unit heads. This role is to provide commercial decision support as well as ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a high profile and demanding role that comes with significant responsibility and requires a committed individual with a strong commercial flair to drive the business through its next phase of development.

Responsibilities: 1.Commercial - Client Contract Negotiations

• To lead certain client negotiations and partner others/markets in their negotiations.
• Engage in the fee proposal and tender process, to review legal and contractual agreements and liaise with external legal counsel and clients as appropriate.
• Be a strategic commercial partner and trusted advisor to client leads in servicing clients’ account.
• Add value to operational excellence through the enhancement of existing procedures and controls.

2.Commercial - Project Fee Estimating

• Professionalizing our scoping & pricing albeit deliverables pricing, hourly rate pricing, incentive based pricing or time & material pricing.

3.Operational - Unbilled Time & Low Margin Clients

• Work closely with the markets on Quantum to identify the insights, devise improvement strategies and monitor the performance to improve the productivity of the business.

4.Commercial & Operational Training and Management Oversight

• To lead the Commercial Council.
• To develop and upgrade our talent.
• Lead all operational /commercial training.

Required Skills & Experiences:

• Reporting & Analysis

o Strong analytical skills and capable of identifying problems for management discussion o Understanding of processes and systems to ensure timely and efficient report preparation, including preparations of annual budget, quarterly forecast and others ad hoc assignments o Comprehend information and analyses required by management and effectively communicate this information with relevant parties o Proactive improvement of reporting and analysis systems and processes (e.g. automation, introduction of new tools, etc) o Experience with forecasting and budgeting

• Process and Controls

o Familiar with internal controls and SOX requirements o Capable of reviewing and enhancing workflow, systems and procedures to identify issues to improve operational efficiency and enhance operational risk management

• Operational Support

o Innate sense of business and financial risks and capable to take prompt measures to minimize such risks o Experience handling legal document review and tax issues o Experience conducting international business with knowledge of across different countries o Experience with fee proposals and negotiation o Experience and capable to partner with senior management

• Collaboration

o Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely preparation of management financial information and reports to regional team and head offices o Provide operation support for the business units o Build a team which can work under pressure and meet deadline

Qualifications:

• Degree in accounting or finance and recognized professional qualifications
• Possess a 15+ years relevant working experience
• Familiar with international accounting standards and Corporate Tax concept
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels
• Excellent management and leadership skill
• Proficient in application for analytics, budgeting & planning, management reporting.
• Fluency in English; Well versed in a local language will be a plus.
