Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced, highly motivated and well-connected individual to help capitalise on the trends of a rapidly aging society and the need to raise productivity and outcomes in the healthcare sector. The role will work on identifying and expanding the sales opportunities within the region to ensure the business achieve the business goals set.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall P&L of the business
• Prioritise and personally lead business development for the company including:

• Leading a team of sales and clinical professionals in Singapore and South East Asia to meet and exceed sales targets
• Conduct marketing analysis and assessing demand for products in product range and prioritise products accordingly. Able to design and orchestrate programmatic sales campaigns and execute well
• Coaching and supporting sales team on cadence, discipline, and effective tactics
• Identifying new products and services for the company
• Identifying and strike deals with channel partners for the company\'s products and services
• Work with regional partners and distributors for joint sales, joint development and mutual learning opportunities

Requirements

• At least 15 to 20 years of working experience, with at least 5 to 10 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Practical experience in selling medical equipment or integrated services to large healthcare organizations
• Proven track record in managing a sales team
• Familiar with technological advancements in digital health experience
• Ability to use CRMs to manage sales people and opportunities
• Strong network with healthcare professionals and administrators
• Entrepreneurial mindset in identifying and capitalising on new opportunities
• Ability to communicate well in Mandarin to liaise with Mainland Chinese partners
