Responsibilities:

Lead and build a high performing management team to lead key departments and manage strategic business functions.
Responsible for the establishment, management, and operation of the Company accordance with group’s development strategy.
Represent the company at corporate events and conferences to strengthen the brand and communicate the company’s message.
Formulate business and marketing plans, build solid business foundations, develop product strategies, manage product publishing, and expand business territory in accordance with group's business objectives.
Evaluate company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
At least 10 years of experience in management role, including minimum 3 years in bloackchain industry.
Proficiency in English and Chinese in order to communicate with Chinese and English speaking associates.
Forward-looking, possess the ability to deal with various complex problems, strong logical thinking, strong professional and entrepreneurial mentality, high emotional intelligence, and strategic vision.
