We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to manage operations, strategizing and goal setting for business units, financial planning, reviewing policies and processes including yearly financial audits, manpower management, performance reporting and legal matters. The incumbent will report to the Founder.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s business (5 direct reports: Publisher, HR and administration, Finance, Ecommerce & Operations)
- Formulating the overall strategy to drive the business forward.
- Definition/implementation of new revenue streams
- Setting measurable KPIs for the department heads (eg. Ecommerce and Advertising revenues target)
- Negotiating commercial economics for all the ecommerce and advertising projects and implementation of commercial joint ventures.
- Maintaining good customer relationship with VIP customers.
- Define yearly & monthly company budget.
- Managing cash flows, ensuring adequate and sound funding.
- Evaluate and improve financial performance. (eg. cost structure, cost of capital).
- Monthly reviews of the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company\'s objectives.
- Review policies and processes. Ensure that the company\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
- Yearly Financial Audit.
- Manpower management
- Present regular reports on the performance to the founder of the company
- Oversee all the legal matters.
Experience / Qualification and Skills
- Degree Holder with proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- A sound knowledge of the watch / luxury products industry is crucial for liaising with watch brands and agencies
- Knowledge of business process and functions (E-commerce, Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude.
