Summary of Role

Are you a strategic financial leader with a passion for driving growth and innovation in a fast-paced fintech environment? As our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company. You will collaborate closely with our CEO and our business leaders across multiple countries to drive business modeling, challenge assumptions, and guide us to achieve our ambitious goals. This is a unique opportunity to lead financial strategy in a high-growth fintech firm that is on a trajectory to revolutionize our industry.

Position Duties

As the CFO, what will you be doing?

• Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the Executive team and Board of Directors, supporting the development of long-term financial goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the CEO to create, refine, and implement business models that drive profitability, growth, and sustainable competitive advantage.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure efficient resource allocation and performance tracking.
• Manage relationships with investors and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance with funding requirements.
• Develop and execute a funding strategy that aligns with the company\'s growth plans, including securing additional investment as needed.
• Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities, providing timely insights and recommendations.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead M&A strategy from evaluating opportunities to executing them.
• Work closely with business leaders in various countries, challenging assumptions, analyzing financial impacts, and providing actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, both locally and internationally.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize financial systems and technologies to support efficient financial operations.

Requirements:

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

• At least 15 years track record of success as a CFO or financial leader, ideally in a fast-growing technology firm with an annual recurring revenue of at least $100 million.
• Deep financial and analytical skills, including expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to envision and drive the financial future of the organization.
• Experience in managing funding and investor relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, including the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the fintech industry.
• A Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. An MBA or CPA/CFA qualification is highly desirable.
