We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead our 120 person marketing organization, and unite our various marketing efforts to drive consistent and continuous growth.
This role will report to our CEO.

In this new era as a public company, we are looking to develop stronger relationships with prospects through marketing, and create a more consistent pipeline for GTM.
As a CMO, you will lead our efforts to educate the many potential customers on the importance of digital intelligence, and spearhead the strategic development of multi-channel campaigns. Our market potential is truly unlimited, and we have barely scraped the barrel.
You will be responsible for defining our marketing KPIs, managing tens of millions in marketing budget, and measuring the success of our efforts.
Your role as part of the Leadership team means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and managing the marketing strategy and leading the execution to meet pipeline goals.
  • Leading and developing a team of multi-disciplinary professionals to achieve key business goals for impressions, inbound inquiries, conversions, leads, MQLs, SQLs and closed deals
  • Leading strategic development of multi-channel campaigns that target existing and new prospects in key segments and verticals, using a complete set of marketing tactics (i.e., SEM, SEO, content syndication, display advertising, retargeting, email, direct mail, webinars, events, etc.)
  • Defining KPIs, forecasting lead generation, reporting on performance metrics, and continuously optimizing processes to drive key business metrics (MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline value.)
  • Improving our existing channels (SEO content, social media, partnerships, content marketing distribution, paid acquisition, etc.)
  • Managing the interface with GTM around pipeline needs and results
  • Representing the marketing organization in company board meetings
  • Managing tens of millions in marketing budget and being accountable for measuring the success and ROI of budget spend
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who:
  • Has at least 20 years of experience as a marketing leader
  • Has managed different types of marketing teams- including demand generation, PMM , brand & corporate marketing
  • Demonstrates a data driven approach and proven execution capabilities
  • Has previous managerial experience with teams above 120 employees
  • Has proven experience and success in scaling demand generation programs through technology, database management and multi-channel processes
  • Has a track record of building, managing and improving marketing campaigns/processes within a fast-growing company.
  • Can demonstrate impact on revenue and growth in a high-growth business
  • Possesses strong analytical capabilities with an understanding of KPIs
