The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual to lead our marketing function and drive all aspects of the marketing strategy for the organization. This is a highly influential role within the company. You will work closely with the CEO and COO, and will be responsible for developing marketing strategies in line with business objectives.


Responsibilities


• Planning, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns, & determining metrics to measure campaign effectiveness

• Liaising with sales and public relations teams to align objectives.

• Growing and developing the in-house marketing team.

• Building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals.

• Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.

• Contributing to new business development initiatives.

• Budget management.

• Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/product

• Have at least 5 years of marketing experience as CMO. • You have demonstrable experience in creating marketing strategies and implementing effective plans as well as managing a sizeable marketing budget. • You are data-driven and possess good analytical skills. • Good communication skills, verbal and written in English is a must, and additional languages are a plus. Proven ability in public communications across public relations, social media and events. • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • You are a strategic thinker & creative problem solver with the ability to be hands-on when required.
