Position Summary

This role is a secondment opportunity from GrowthOps, and you will lead a global team of marketing professionals, enabling marketing strategies and capabilities across all our Telehealth Client\xe2\x80\x99s markets globally. The CMO will own the vision, strategy, blueprint, delivery, and operations of the Client\'s Marketing team. The CMO must have experience at high-growth B2B telehealth and software companies, able to own all areas of marketing including demand generation, branding, communications, and channel marketing. Experience in driving growth in the small business segment across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia is vital.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own vision, strategy, and roadmap to build a marketing ecosystem that offers a competitive advantage and delivers intuitive and personalized customer experience for all our critical audiences all in service of building the Telehealth Client\'s narrative and brand in the market.
  • Build high-growth acquisition strategies to establish and grow market share in the telehealth vertical.
  • Own the market entry strategies for core markets in Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.
  • Lead and drive Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, PR Communications, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams.
  • Create and drive the Telehealth Client\'s brand identity and positioning in the healthcare technology space.
  • Develop marketing goals and objectives that align with the overall company strategy for both short-term and long-term optimization.
  • Possess a balance of organizational leadership skills, with people skills to build, empower and unlock the potential of the team.
  • Identify and plan impactful marketing strategies.
  • Lead marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads.
  • Track competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies.
Required Skills
  • Ability to think globally, strategically, and creatively.
  • Market knowledge and experience across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.
  • Proven track record in having introduced international brands to high-growth markets in Southeast Asia.
  • Driving customer growth and deepening engagement across products to drive loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our Product teams to understand release schedules, partnerships, and profitability to drive upsell/cross-sell against high-margin and high-opportunity products that meet our customers\' growing needs.
  • Understand customer behavior and buying trends within the small business community.
  • Track record of influencing and leading successful cross-functional transformation efforts with colleagues at all levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling, logical, and relevant narratives for executives, peers, customers, and partners.
  • Experience in building high-performing teams.
  • Brand marketing experience having launched and built new technology brands.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 12+ plus years of marketing experience within B2B organizations with subscription-based business models; (Software and Telehealth experience strongly preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in a leadership capacity with increasing scope of responsibility.
  • International experience having introduced new brands and products in a variety of markets.
  • A track record of success in attracting, developing, and motivating top talent mentoring, coaching, and growing others.
  • An understanding of the competitive landscape, best practices, platforms, and tools in the telehealth space.
  • Strong understanding of creative efficiency and customer-centric design.
  • Expertise in bringing cross-functional team members together to advance retention and growth goals, and in helping other teams bring results through close collaboration.
  • Prior experience leading/owning product marketing, demand generation, or other GTM functions.
  • Creative, growth mindset, speedy, innovative, and fail-fast mentality.
  • Strong understanding of Demand Generation and top-of-funnel marketing
