Coda is the leading global content monetization solution and discovery platform built for publishers and fans of their content. Through the Codapay B2B monetization solution, publishers around the world can scale their audience, grow revenue and unlock new markets - all outside of the app store. Through the Codashop e-commerce platform, publishers have access to a unique and vibrant consumer platform where fans can easily, securely, and fully participate in the content they love in a rich, community-fueled environment.

The Singapore-based Global CMO will report into the Chief Operating Officer and will oversee all aspects of marketing and oversee a diverse, global team of leaders and specialists.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading all our B2C and B2B marketing efforts globally. This will include raising awareness overall of the Coda brand and key value props for publishers and consumers, scaling the Codapay B2B monetization solution deeper into the gaming vertical and across new content verticals and expanding Codashop\'s audience and driving more revenue per user and stronger retention
  • Developing compelling regional and country-level marketing strategies in partnership with top-tier publishers to help uniquely position Codashop as the leading source for access to games and other content verticals, and flexible, in-game/in-content currencies
  • Organising, expanding and enabling a global organisation of 80+ (and growing) across B2B marketing (publisher growth and publisher go-to-market), consumer marketing (Codashop), global brand, global communications/PR, creative studio, product marketing & insights, regional marketing and growth marketing.
  • Overseeing and reviewing agency and strategic vendors, both global and local partners
  • Using data to drive key decisions and set global priorities that help drive consistent growth and overall gross profit
  • Collaborating closely with our C-level, other functional Leads, Regional Managing Directors and Regional/Country Managers to support their business strategies.
  • Supporting large cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders from various teams such as Product, Customer Support, Publisher Partnerships, and Finance.
Requirements:
  • This position will be based in Singapore
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in building and managing large marketing teams in a complex, fast-growth, and diverse environment
  • Proven experience in B2C and B2B marketing
  • Experience managing global teams
  • High standards for great work and a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and are data-driven
  • Outstanding communication & presentation skills and paying great attention to detail
  • You are proactive, action-oriented, flexible and operate with a sense of urgency.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and culturally diverse environment.
  • You have a deep understanding of the gaming industry (nice to have, but not required)
