Job Overview:Responsible for the discipline in the campus and supervises the co-and extra-curricular activities of the students. He/She is responsible for the promotion of adequate non-academic programs that would enhance students' physical, social, political, cultural, moral, and intellectual development.Specific Responsibilities and Duties:1. Monitors the implementation of school's rules and regulations.2. Makes monthly report on the status of student's attendance and action taken based on the homeroom adviser report.3. Coordinates with faculty, class advisers, academic coordinators, assistant principals, and the principal regarding discipline.4. Conducts meeting with faculty and parents of students with disciplinary problems.5. Handles disciplinary cases as Chairperson of the Committee on Discipline.6. Convenes the Committee on Discipline to review and recommend sanctions on students with disciplinary cases.7. Submits to the Director recommendations on students with disciplinary status.8. Prepares and submits semestral and year-end evaluation reports on the activities/status of the office.9. Recommends any revision or updating of the Student's Handbook10. Formulates and implements programs on the preventive measure for infraction.11. Coordinates the implementation of social community involvement.12. Oversees the program of the student council in coordination with the student council moderator.13. Performs other duties and responsibilities related to and/or implied from the above mentioned roles or as directed by higher administrative officials.Job Qualification Guide:
