Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting, demonstrating successful operational management and strategic planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the healthcare industry.
