Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

Define and lead the company's

technology vision, architecture strategy, and innovation roadmap

. Champion the adoption of modern software engineering practices, including

microservices, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps automation

. Drive the

evolution of our smart facilities and IoT platforms

, ensuring robust and scalable digital solutions.

Product & Service Innovation

Spearhead the R&D for

smart building ecosystems

,

digital twins

, and

predictive analytics

. Transform legacy platforms into

modern, cloud-based solutions

across AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud.

Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery

Work directly with C-level stakeholders and global clients to align technical delivery with business outcomes. Oversee product teams following

Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks

. Manage and scale cross-functional teams across

Sri Lanka, Singapore, and the Middle East

.

Business & Operational Excellence

Optimize end-to-end software delivery lifecycles and service operations. Ensure compliance with

ISO27001 and IT governance

frameworks. Lead change management initiatives and continuous improvement programs using LEAN methodologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems with Computing

(Required)

MBA (

Preferred and considered a strong advantage)

Professional Certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum (

Highly regarded)

Experience

15+ years of proven experience in technology leadership, software engineering, service delivery, and digital transformation Track record in managing large-scale enterprise platforms across Smart City, Healthcare, and Facilities domains Strong experience working across UK, Singapore, Middle East operations Expertise in Agile/DevOps models, incident & change management, and cloud architecture
