Resturant in SIngapore (Opportunity to work in Jeju Island available)

Job Scope:

Manage a team of service staffs
Building rapport with members and guests
Planning of F&B promotions, events, and activities
Hiring, training, developing, evaluating, and supervising staff
Work closely with internal and external customers
Conduct daily briefings and attend meetings
Perform cashiering and closing duties
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the club operations manager and management committee
Responsible for the smooth running of the entire operations
Budgeting and forecasting
Responsible for the outlet profitability, staff productivity, and service standards
Ensure adherence and compliance to relevant legislation, fire, food preparation, sanitation, licensing, employment, policies, and procedures.
Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Work closely with the executive chef to plan the menu according to members\xe2\x80\x99 feedback, seasonal availability, and financial viability.
