Situated within an upcoming evolving estate, we will be developing a modern dining and takeaway concept. Our company is seeking … … A creative head chef who is visionary and able to develop delectable Chinese Dim Sum, pau and other Chinese cuisine dishes.

Responsibility:

  • Kitchen set up and menu planning.
  • Creation of dim sum, pau and Chinese menu.
  • To run, supervise and manage daily kitchen operations effectively.
  • Responsible for cost and quality control.
  • Possess ability to schedule lean manpower management.
  • Work closely and efficiently with other departments to achieve company’s goals.

Requirements:
  • Independent, energetic with a positive mindset.
  • Ability to plan and execute strategies to achieve company’s objectives.
  • Knowledge of various Chinese cuisines with culinary techniques and modern trends
  • Ability to produce seasonal menu.
  • 3 years’ experience in related field.
  • Knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, health and safety practices and abide by relevant Government food safety regulations.
