Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the work schedule efficiently. Able to react swiftly to unforeseen changes of schedule
• Gather information for budget planning
• Make reservations for facilities and resources (editing, filming crew, transport, extras, Audio Post, studios etc) needed for production
• Check and manage the production work within production budget and monitor timeline
• Liaise and coordinate closely with sponsors, service providers and vendors for products and/or services required in productions
• Identify the products to Airtime Sales / Network Programming Channel 8 on potential client that are interested to sponsor the programme with incidental exposures
• Ensure production reports are submitted punctually as to keep track of completed scenes and problems are resolved immediately
• Ensure the crew booking is align with the Ministry of Manpower rule
• Manage the editing and Music & Effects schedule, and ensure that delivery date for MeWatch and Channel 8 is met
• Ensure Executive Producer for editing of opening, Ident and Showreel for press conference and telecast
• Ensure the team undertake all precautionary measures in place for scenes such as fire, car accident, falling frop rooftop, etc
• Organize events for Lensing ceremony and programme screening for publicity
• Work and communicate closely with Producers, Assistant Producers and Programme Liaison Excecutive for subsequent planning of the schedule
• Guide and coach the Assistant producer in the team to meet the production needs
• Oversee daily production operations, pre and post productions

Requirements:

• Diploma from a recognised Polytechnic or Certificate in TV Communication, TV Production or Project Management

• At least 5 to 8 years of media-related experience
• Keen interest in TV Productions
• Good knowledge of studio production, field and production management
• Possess good organisational skills
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in the language and computer literate
