The HQ is set up in Cebu City where team members come into the office on their scheduled Collaboration Day where they have the opportunity to brainstorm and work together on projects, and most importantly strengthen the team's relationship.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Chinese Supply Chain Specialist, you will generally be responsible to:

• Negotiate with suppliers, fulfillment centers, and other partners
• Manage all day-to-day order shipment and fulfillment, follow-up and metrics of tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate, track and report movement of delayed shipments.
• Support the customer service team by assisting in resolving escalated logistics issues
• Coordinate with inventory specialist inventory related details
• Record and verify damages or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or record keeping purposes
• Confer or correspond with other team members or customers to rectify problems, such as damages or non-conformance to specifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in written and verbal Mandarin and English Languages (proficiency in other Chinese Language/s is an advantage)
• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• Familiar or has experience in fulfillment center transactions
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Possess and maintain excellent time management, strong analytic and organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills using critical thinking
• A proactive problem-solver and process-improver
