Introduction: This is a Supply Chain Specialist position for our Customer Care Center at Boeing Distribution Inc. in Singapore. Position Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care responsibilities assist with the processing of returns and all credits/debit memo generating, price discrepancies, freight credits, over shipments and short shipments, etc. Will work closely with the CSR & Sales Channels at a Global level to provide this support.
  • Customer interfacing with minimal involvement required from CSRs.
  • Assists in analyzing post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
  • Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders.
  • Processes material returned from customers.
  • Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance.
  • Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims.
  • Handles discrepancies/Requests sent by customers directly which is managed out of Zendesk.
  • Handle all discrepancies/requests throughout from start which include performing thorough investigation, communicating or following-up with various related parties (internal and external), finding out root causes of problems, and then adopting corrective actions to closure of respective issues with solutions provided to customers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Relevant experience in supply chain management
  • Fluency in English language
  • Works well in team environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Demonstrated proficiency in systems required for the position
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
Typical Education/ Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through diploma, degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or equivalent highly preferred, and typically minimum 5 years’ experience (equivalent combination of required education and management experience in a manufacturing environment) Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not on Boeing US-based payroll
