Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Aspire to lead a Smart Factory Automation team to develop and implement SCADA system plant wide
• Lead and manage CIM project teams, provide technical guidance and support for the team members
• Establish high quality programming standards, best practices and effective development process with proper development documentation
• Collaborate with Site CIM team to deliver Standard Corporate system solution
• Work closely with Manufacturing users to support CIM requirements
• Support CIM system 24x7 to ensure no downtime affecting production
• Discuss with Users and negotiate project priority
• Manage Site FIS team to deliver committed tasks on time

Requirements:

• Design, Develop and implement Manufacturing Process control, Data Acquisition and OEE system
• In charge of Wafermap conversion, validation, merging in Txt, G85, Binary format to support Production requirements.
• Liase with Manufacturing Operation and CIM team to meet daily Production requirements
• Demonstrate capability to lead discussion and problem solving to arrive solution and implementation
• Supervise the work of IT engineers and support staff to meet expectation.
• Strong technical skills in application Development with C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET and MSSQL & Oracle databases
• Good knowledge in Semiconductor manufacturing Process control and Automation solutions
• Skilled in machine interfaces via SECS/GEM, GPIB and other standard communication protocols
• Knowledge in Industrial 4.0 and Digital Transformation technologies
• Align and meet Manufacturing Operation Smart Factory Automation requirements
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and manage the teams
• Effective presentation and communication skills
