Key responsibilities

Project design and planning:

Develop detailed designs, conduct feasibility assessments, and create comprehensive project plans.

Technical and structural analysis:

Use software like AutoCAD and Revit for design, and apply knowledge of structural analysis, soil mechanics, and material science.

Budget and cost management:

Prepare project cost estimates, manage the budget, and oversee procurement of materials and equipment.

Regulatory compliance:

Ensure all projects comply with government rules, regulations, and permits, and stay up-to-date on legal codes.

Site supervision:

Visit project sites for inspection, monitor progress, and ensure work is executed according to technical specifications.

Risk and problem-solving:

Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for solving problems, often working with other professionals and subcontractors.

Team and stakeholder management:

Supervise and guide junior employees, and collaborate with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders. *
