Job Description

The Civil Engineer (Technical Support) creates and prepares comprehensive proposals and bids for prospective clients. Responsible for monitoring and updating the project's progress upon assignment at the site.
1. Assists in technical-related investigative research activities for engineering design work and ongoing construction projects (structural, geotechnical, or hydraulic projects)
2. Helps in proposing system improvements to current project planning, execution, and monitoring
3. Checks compliance of technical proposals in engineering codes or standards, and client specifications
through bid documents study and site inspections
4. Identifies project risks in the bidding stage
5. Assists Design/ Estimation/ Operations team as requested1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Registered Civil Engineer
2. At least 3 years of experience in the field of construction (related to research, bidding procedure, or QA/QC)
3. Knowledgeable in design codes and standards of practice for bidding in the Philippines4. Proficient in AutoCAD (other engineering design software is a plus)5. Experience in offshore works and civil works
6. With excellent reading, communicating, and writing skills7. With satisfactory research skills in the engineering field
8. Requires high adaptability to any engineering-related task requested
