Relevant experience in Road / Pavement or infrastructure projects Familiar with survey instruments Interpret construction drawings and specification AutoCAD proficiency in design and drafting Experience in QS and cost estimates Understanding HSE regulations Management of project teams to meet project deadlines Willing to work in outdoor environment to conduct site inspections. * Have a valid SG driving license
