Roles & Responsibilities





Responsibilities:





Undertaking civil engineering design, review and project management for a wide range of projects including land development, road infrastructure, high-density retail, and other civil infrastructure Providing assistance to different staff or engineering teams. Collaborating with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve products and engineering processes. Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project specifications Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety standards Manage and coordinate the work of contractors and other personnel involved in civil engineering projects Research and evaluate new technologies and materials for civil engineering projects


Requirements:





Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Good knowledge and experience in building-related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, renovation, plumbing works, etc Experience in the construction of building projects including M&E facilities installation and maintenance regime is preferred Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have initiative and drive to resolve site issues to achieve project success Proficient in MS Work & Excel and drafting of letter
