Job Description

:

Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work Prepare Bill of Quantities, work schedule for execution Prepare drawings and reports for communication with relevant stakeholders Conduct site supervision to ensure works are carried out in accordance to design codes and specifications Ensure quality control of works and manage defects and rectification works Ensure works are carried out in compliance with safety requirements and related Singapore statutory regulations Check on works carry out by subcontractors, workers and suppliers Liaise with sub-contractors on technical issues

Requirements:

Bachelor of Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as site engineer for building construction and upgrading projects Experience in A&A projects, renovation work for residential, industrial and commercial projects Strong knowledge of construction rules and regulations Familiar with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications * Proficient in using microsoft softwares and relevant design drafting tools
