Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design works for building works and civil works. Supervise the drafting works related to design and coordinate for deliverables. Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations, and Codes of Practice. Assist QP/Project Lead in managing projects, liaise with stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties. Liaise and coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants and submission to authorities.
Working independently in analyses, design, submissions, construction support and coordination works will be advantageous.

Requirements

Possess a

Civil and Structural Engineering

degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore/Malaysia. Minimum 2 years of C&S design experience. With working experiences in Singapore/ Malaysia on structural engineering projects. Well verse with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements, and Eurocode. Well verse in structural design software, e.g. Tekla, STAAD Pro, SAFE, Prokon, Etabs, SAP 2000 etc. Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works. Experience in design/project management works in BIM. Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.




This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
