What you'll be doing
Designing and developing engineering plans and technical specifications for a range of civil and structural projects Conducting site inspections, analysing data, and identifying potential design improvements Collaborating with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, standards, and best practices Providing technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the construction process Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of our engineering processes
What we're looking for
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in civil or structural design, preferably within the construction industry, fresh grad are welcome to apply Proficiency in using engineering design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Familiarity with local construction regulations, codes, and standards * A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
