Our client is a leading insurer in Singapore. We are looking for someone with EB Claims Experience to join the team, open to anyone with life or health claims experience
Reporting to a team lead
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and authorize group insurance claims promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with both internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Address claims investigations, service recovery, and inquiries as part of your responsibilities.
- Handle medical inquiries and clarifications with hospitals and clinics as necessary.
- Participate in projects delegated by your supervisor.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, including engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and effectively addressing customer complaints.
- At least 1 year of work experience with life or health claims
- Able to work well in a team
