Specify and oversee the installation of clean utility systems, including boilers, reverse osmosis units, and filtration systems, in compliance with regulatory requirements and engineering standards
Develop procedures for the operation and maintenance of clean utility systems, and ensure that these procedures are followed by relevant staff and contractors
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the operation of clean utility systems, and develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and reliability
Work closely with other engineers and technicians across the company to ensure that clean utility systems are fully integrated with other manufacturing and laboratory processes
Ensure that clean utility systems are in compliance with regulatory requirements, and lead efforts to prepare for and respond to regulatory inspections
Participate in project teams to support the development and implementation of new manufacturing and laboratory facilities, and ensure that clean utility systems are designed and integrated effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in clean utilities design, operation, and maintenance in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical production, including cGMP, FDA, and EMA guidelines
Experience with clean utility system design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
