Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Specify and oversee the installation of clean utility systems, including boilers, reverse osmosis units, and filtration systems, in compliance with regulatory requirements and engineering standards
• Develop procedures for the operation and maintenance of clean utility systems, and ensure that these procedures are followed by relevant staff and contractors
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the operation of clean utility systems, and develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and reliability
• Work closely with other engineers and technicians across the company to ensure that clean utility systems are fully integrated with other manufacturing and laboratory processes
• Ensure that clean utility systems are in compliance with regulatory requirements, and lead efforts to prepare for and respond to regulatory inspections
• Participate in project teams to support the development and implementation of new manufacturing and laboratory facilities, and ensure that clean utility systems are designed and integrated effectively

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in clean utilities design, operation, and maintenance in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical production, including cGMP, FDA, and EMA guidelines
• Experience with clean utility system design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
