Key Responsibilities:

Supervise cleaning teams:

Quality control:

Team management:

Train, motivate, and manage cleaning staff to achieve productivity and quality goals.

Inventory management:

Oversee cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.


5.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure cleaning teams follow safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cleaning supervision or a related field.

Leadership skills:

Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.


3.

Communication skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


4.

Attention to detail:

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.


5.

Physical stamina:

Ability to work on-site and oversee cleaning operations.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in cleaning or supervision would be an advantage.


Preferred Qualifications:
