Job Summary Allied Container Group is a leading container haulage operator and yard operator founded in Singapore in 1975. We are dedicated in using technology to improve the lives of small businesses and consumers in the logistics sector.

As part of the team, we are looking for HR Assistant to work in our Accounts Department.

  • Assist in payroll preparation and processing including verifying attendance, overtime payment and resignation etc.
  • Create and maintain staff data and personal files.
  • Verify attendances/ handle employees\' queries on payroll related matters.
  • Screening and set-up appointments between candidates and HR manager
  • Prepare starter kits.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide HR support to the department.

Job Requirements:
  • GCE A/ O/ N level. Fresh school graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Meticulous, analytical and eye for details
  • Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
