Job Description

  • Client Experience & Operational Management.
- Ensure that the values of the brand are delivery to all clients
- Work closely with the retail team to improve customer experience, create brand loyalty and generate sustainable business growth.
- Meet clients regularly, anticipate and exceed the needs of clients by understanding their lifestyle, preferences, ensuring personalized services are provided.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in retail field.
- Supporting the boutique management, be the bridge between Brand / Commercial, and Boutique staff, to drive engagement opportunities to develop long-term client relationships.
- Help monitor retail staffs\' wardrobe, image and attitude standards.
- Manage all food and beverage in the AP house, work alongside service providers to regularly update service offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management.
- Foster the client-centric mindset to develop long term relationships.
- Collaborate with the brand and sales team to create unique and memorable experiences.
- Deliver the client voices to retail, CRM, Brand or related parties.
  • Training.
- Work with HR and Area Retail Coach teams to define training and coaching programs for the retail staff to increase client experience competencies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to ensure the team\'s continuous improvement in hospitality.
  • Client Activity & Event Management
- Collaborate with brand team to execute marketing and communications events, product launches and VIP gatherings.
- Help to define the yearly marketing and communication plans and budgets.
- Manage event logistics including catering, decor, entertainment and guest lists.
- Welcome and follow up local, international VIP clients in events.Requirements:
  • With experience preferably in luxury retail fashion, timepiece, and any relevant industry.
  • Presentable, pleasant and outgoing.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
