The primary objective of the Client Manager: Hunter is to hunt for and acquire new clients for NTT within their assigned territory, opening new doors and accounts and hand over account responsibility to the Client Manager once the account has been established and grown.
They will work with clients at a variety of levels and internal subject matter experts to map out and engage the client\xe2\x80\x99s teams, managers and leaders to acquire and deploy NTT products and services that positively impact and change client workflows, process and tasks. In addition to this, the Client Manager: Hunter will identify, evaluate, and prioritise potential new channel partners that can help feed deal flow to the company. Working at NTT 1. Hunt for and acquire new clients using a variety of direct and indirect methods, including cold calling and networking. 2. Work with a variety of stakeholders to map out and engage the client\xe2\x80\x99s teams, managers and leaders to acquire and deploy NTT products and services that positively impact and change client workflows, process and tasks. 3. Use their problem solving ability to help the client in understanding the high-level requirements to address a problem whilst offering a prescriptive approach or roadmap to follow. 4. Assess, surface and mitigate client-centric risks that could prove detrimental to the client\xe2\x80\x99s credibility or could derail the initiative altogether. 5. Conduct a vulnerability analysis of NTTs position in comparison to that of competitors and vendors, to ensure the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement is at the heart of our proposed solution. 6. Focus on the path that clients need to take and not the products that they need to buy. 7. Act as a reliable advisor and will present solutions based on the careful analysis of the current state and an understanding of the desired state the client is looking to achieve. 8. Effectively facilitate sales meetings in a way that solicits multiple perspectives and drives consensus to a course and plan of action. 9. Develop and own a communication plan, provide regular check-ins with the primary point of contact and have an established process for getting buy-n from all stakeholders. 10. Articulate the ways in which NTT is different from the other suppliers and vendors they interact with. 11. Contribute to marketing campaigns that will generate sales leads and new business.
