Review of account opening documentations to ensure completeness including supporting KYC documents for new accounts
Onboarding officer to liaise with business development on status of onboarding case
Communicate with prospective customer or business development for any documentation deficiencies
Monitor and follow up closely on outstanding documentation to ensure account opening documentations are submitted accurately and timely
To perform individual/entities name screening via Artemis
To provide support to the enquiry process
To provide support to operation team when necessary
