Perform the onboarding process and periodic review for Private Wealth\'s and Global Banking\'s clients
Ability to perform hands-on tasks relating to documents and KYC such as updating bank\'s systems, performing due diligence, validating and uploading documents
Ensure clients\' classifications are applied in accordance with the prevailing policies and regulations of corresponding jurisdictions
Proactively liaise with other stakeholders such as Front Offices, Compliance, AML on clients\' information/documentation and completion of KYC
Identify process, systems enhancements focusing on controls and efficiency
Review and update procedures, understand relevant policies and implement the operations changes required
Our Ideal Candidate
3 to 5 years of prior experience in Private Wealth business, client onboarding and KYC function
Well versed with the KYC requirements as per guidelines of MAS and other major Asia regulators Ability to understand different risk types associated with different categories of clients
Strong skills in documentation validation
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
Able to multi-task across functions and an excellent team player
Relevant experience with banking systems such as Flexcube, Avaloq
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
