Responsible for supporting queries in the daily operational Client Performance Reporting processing including related data quality control procedures.
Active business support of projects and development and maintenance of training material around Client Performance Reporting and Data Quality Management.

YOUR CHALLENGE

KEY FEATURES and accountabilities Client Management (internal & external) Close collaboration with internal partners and external providers to further develop the Client Performance Reporting offering, related processes, and client performance reporting outputs:

• Assessment of new client performance reporting enquiry
• Product improvements and customised client statements

Business Management Related to the area of Client Performance Reporting & Data Quality Management:

• Providing reliable, high quality business support to client and front unit
• Monitoring of daily processing KPIs, data quality procedures and controls
• Support in the daily position reconciliation between core banking and portfolio management system (T24 vs Triple\xe2\x80\x99A)
• Active involvement in new client performance reporting initiatives and projects
• Process improvements, scalability measures and cost optimization opportunities
• Monthly management information and statistics reporting
• Development and maintenance of comprehensive training material

Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management

• Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Work with the relevant teams in fulfilment of regulatory requirements, complete mandatory trainings

Professional and Technical

• Degree qualified and minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in Private Banking
• Competent end-to-end knowledge of the private banking value chain, especially in the processing of securities
• Expertise in Client Performance Reporting calculation methodologies including valuation, performance calculation, contribution / attribution, cost price calculation
• Deep understanding and knowledge of core banking system T24 and performance reporting system Triple\xe2\x80\x99A Plus
• Profound understanding of securities with the ability to interpret business ops booking processes/transactions/product life cycle events and assess impact to position valuation and portfolio performance
• Proficiency in MS Office software and good presentation skills
