We're Hiring: Client Relations Assistant!



Enjoy building rapport and helping clients feel at ease? As a

Client Relations Assistant

, you'll support relationship-building efforts, manage follow-ups and strengthen the client journey from start to finish.

What You'll Do



Connect with existing and new clients to confirm appointments and provide basic guidance Assist with simple documentation, follow-ups and touchpoint reminders Address straightforward questions about procedures or meeting preparation Maintain accurate records of interactions and client status updates Collaborate with the team to improve the overall client experience

What We're Looking For



Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in any field Warm, personable and detail-oriented Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset Able to manage multiple tasks smoothly Experience in hospitality, CS or admin is an advantage
