Monday to Friday (No work on PH)

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented

Client Relations Associate

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our consultants and clients, ensuring that client interactions are smooth, professional, and well-supported. This is a great entry-level opportunity for those who enjoy building relationships and want exposure in the financial consultancy field. No prior experience is required -- training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in handling client enquiries and providing excellent service Coordinate client meetings and appointments Prepare necessary client documents and follow up on submissions Support consultants with client servicing and relationship management Build and maintain positive client relationships through strong communication

Qualifications:

At least a local diploma

Skills & Competencies:

Outspoken and confident with good interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
