You will be responsible for overseeing sales and customer service for the brand\'s eBusiness operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will guide your team to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.Adecco is partnering with a Luxury Retail company to hire a Client Relations Manager (SEA) for their eBusiness. The suitable incumbent should have experience in the luxury retail space and familiar with call center operations.The Opportunity:

The Job:

• Lead and manage the team
• Maintain expertise in systems, processes, and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor employee performance, providing training and motivation to maintain a high level of service excellence
• Communicate effectively with the team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with regional teams to promote service excellence and improve sales conversion

The Talent:

• At least 3-5 years of team leadership and customer service experience from a luxury retail company
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in tools such as SAP,CRM and Salesforce
• Self-driven and organized
• Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers
