• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
• Actively listen to clients\' needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
• Offer assistance and guidance to clients regarding products or services, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
• Collaborate with various internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure that client needs are understood and addressed effectively
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions, and generate reports to track client satisfaction, retention rates, and sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Above 21 years old
• Local diploma and above (in any discipline)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detailed oriented
• Singaporeans/PR
