Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via calls, emails and chat
Support ongoing client engagement and relationship management
Update and maintain client records in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed promptly
Assist in gathering client feedback and providing insights for service improvement
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
Friendly, professional and approachable attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, detail-oriented and able to follow up consistently
Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus
