Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and advise them accordingly
  • In charge of document client interactions in a contact / call report.
  • Review rates, terms and conditions of quoted insurances and advise clients accordingly
  • Processing of all corporate actions, transfers, replacement cheques / certificates, proxy votes, and any other Client / Shareholders\xe2\x80\x99 instructions.
  • Carry out any other duties / projects that may from time to time be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min diploma in any related fields.
  • Good in verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent client service and problem-solving skills
