Perform as primary point of contact for Management with regards to customer or client escalations
Manage and respond to client inquiries, complaints, issue escalation and resolution
Establish correct expectations, enforce relief and resolve conflict through effective communication
Escalate complaints to relevant departments
Build and maintain close relationships with clients
Provide assistance to clients via email, chat or phone.
